Molding technique


There are two main types of forming technology of aluminum honeycomb foam, one is the pressing method, the other is the laser melting method.


Pressing method: The pressing method is to pre-prepared honeycomb foam aluminum raw materials, at a certain temperature, through pressure to press it into various shapes of aluminum products. The advantage of the pressing method is that the cost is relatively low and the application range is wide, but it is limited by conditions such as pressure and temperature.


Laser melting method: Laser melting method is a molding technology developed in recent years, which can use the heat energy of the laser beam to melt the honeycomb foam aluminum raw materials. By controlling the irradiation time and irradiation intensity of the laser beam, a full range of accurate molding of the material can be achieved, and more complex shapes and larger sizes of aluminum products can be made.



Surface treatment
