  • Product description

Cold-rolled strip is widely used, such as automobile manufacturing, electrical products, rolling stock, aviation, precision instruments, food cans and so on.

Cold-rolled steel sheet is the abbreviation of ordinary carbon structural steel cold-rolled sheet, also known as cold-rolled sheet, commonly known as cold plate, sometimes mistakenly written as cold tie plate. Cold plate is made of ordinary carbon structural steel hot rolled steel strip, after further cold rolling to make a thickness of less than 4mm steel plate. Because it is rolled at room temperature, no oxide sheet is produced, therefore, the surface quality of the cold plate is good, the dimensional accuracy is high, coupled with annealing treatment, its mechanical properties and technological properties are better than the hot-rolled sheet steel, in many fields, especially in the field of home appliance manufacturing, has gradually replaced the hot-rolled sheet steel with it.

Applicable brand: Q195, Q215, Q235, Q275; SPCC (Japanese brand); ST12 (German brand)

Japanese steel grade representation for ordinary structures (JIS standard)

1. The ordinary structural Steel in the Japanese steel grade is mainly composed of three parts: the first part indicates the material, such as: S (Steel) indicates steel, F (Ferrum) indicates iron; The second part represents different shapes, types and uses, such as P (Plate) for plate, T (Tube) for tube, K (Kogu) for tool; The third part represents the characteristic number, which is generally low tensile strength. For example: SS400 - an S indicates Steel, the second S indicates "Structure", 400 is the lower limit tensile strength 400MPa, the overall tensile strength of 400MPa ordinary structural steel.

2.SPHC - the first S is the abbreviation of Steel, P is the abbreviation of Plate plate, H is the abbreviation of Heat, C is the abbreviation of Commercial, the whole indicates the general use of hot rolled steel plate and steel strip.

3.SPHD -- hot-rolled steel sheet and strip for stamping.

4.SPHE -- denotes hot rolled steel plate and steel strip for deep drawing.

5.SPCC -- means the general cold-rolled carbon steel sheet and steel strip, equivalent to the Chinese Q195~Q215A grade, the German grade ST12. The third letter C is an abbreviation for Cold. To ensure mechanical properties, add T to the end of the grade such as SPCCT.

6.SPCD -- cold-rolled carbon steel sheet and steel strip for stamping, equivalent to China's 08AL (13237) quality carbon structural steel, equivalent to the German grade ST13.

7.SPCE -- means cold rolled carbon steel sheet and strip for deep drawing, equivalent to China 08AL (5213) deep drawing steel, equivalent to the German grade ST14. Aging treatment, add N to the end of the grade, such as SPCEN.

Tempering code of cold-rolled carbon steel sheet and steel strip: annealing state is A, standard tempering is S, 1/8 hard is 8,1/4 hard is 4,1/2 hard is 2, hard is 1.

Surface processing code: dull finishing for D, bright finishing for B. For example, SPCC-SD represents the general cold-rolled carbon sheet with standard tempered and matte finishing rolling. Another example is SPCCT-SB, which means the standard tempered and bright processing, requiring the cold-rolled carbon sheet to ensure the mechanical properties.
