Color coating volume overview

Color coated coil is a product of hot galvanized plate, hot aluminum plated zinc plate, electrogalvanized plate, etc., after surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), coated with one or several layers of organic coating on the surface, and then baked and cured. Also because coated with a variety of different colors of organic paint color steel coil thus named, referred to as color coated coil.

In addition to the zinc layer protection, the organic coating on the zinc layer covers and protects the steel strip to prevent rust, and the service life is about 1.5 times longer than that of the galvanized strip.

Color coated roll use

Color coated roll has light weight, beautiful appearance and good corrosion resistance, but also can be directly processed, the color is generally divided into gray, blue, brick red, mainly used in advertising, construction, home appliance industry, electrical appliance industry, furniture industry and transportation industry.

The paint used in the color coating volume is selected according to the different use environment, such as polyester silicon modified polyester, polyvinyl chloride plastisol, polyvinylidene chloride and so on. Users can choose according to the use.

2/1: Paint the upper surface twice, paint the lower surface once, bake twice.

2/1M: Paint the upper and lower surfaces twice and bake once.

2/2: Paint the upper and lower surfaces twice, bake twice.

v Uses of different coating structures:

2/1: Single-layer back paint corrosion resistance, scratch resistance is poor, but has good adhesion, mainly used in sandwich board;

2/1M: The back paint has good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and processing formability, and has good adhesion, suitable for single-layer molded plate and sandwich plate.

2/2: The double-layer back paint has good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and processing formability, most of which are used for single-layer molded plates, but its adhesion is poor and should not be used for sandwich plates.
